This website does not include advertising networks and does not analyse or track user behaviour. There are no user accounts, no registration and no cookies. Fonts and images are delivered from our own server, not from third parties.
Visiting the website and server log files
When the site is accessed, the browser transmits technically necessary data, which our hosting provider stores in log files: the address requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, previously visited page (if transmitted) and the IP address. Processing serves to deliver the page, to keep the system secure and to analyse errors; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after 30 days at the latest.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Neue Medien Münnich GmbH, which processes the data mentioned above on our behalf. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.
Contacting us
For calls, emails or WhatsApp messages, we process the data provided in order to handle the request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if the request relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention periods apply. For WhatsApp, the privacy policy of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland, applies once the message is sent; the link on this website does not in itself transmit any data.
Links to other providers
This website links to external services, in particular mush-room.net and the online shop (Shopify). When these are accessed, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. Content from these providers is not embedded.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption, recognisable by the https:// in the address bar.
Your rights
